for the task for achievement 4, I wish to introduce you to Aceh Province in the Western Region of Indonesia.

I come from a province that is rich in natural resources (SDA), namely Aceh. However, human resources (HR) are less able to manage properly. This condition caused Aceh to become weak, not independent and dependent on other regions.
Weak human resources are a result of the lack of enthusiasm for society to study science-technology, as well as low structured support from authorities. Human Resources are the key to successful development of an area.

Aceh has a population of 4,597,308 people with an area of ​​57,365.57 km2 stretching in 6,770.81 km2 and has 119 islands, 35 mountains, 73 important rivers and has abundant natural wealth spread over 6,450 villages. This potential is a very important asset to support the implementation of development in Aceh towards a prosperous society. However, the fact is that the people of Aceh have not received a life commensurate with the wealth of natural resources they have.

Aceh since 1900 has started a general mining business. The oil and gas operating area in the north and east covers a land area of ​​8,225.19 km² and off the coast of the Malacca Strait 38,122.68 km². Meanwhile, coal deposits are concentrated in the Meulaboh Basin in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency. There are 15 coal seams to a depth of 100 meters with a layer thickness ranging from 0.5 to 9.5 m. The total indicated reserves up to 80 meters reach 500 million tons, while the hypothetical reserves are around 1.7 billion tons.

potential for oil and gas (Migas) in the northeast of Simeulue Island which is predicted to be a substitute for Arun Aceh's oil reserves. The huge amount of oil and gas reserves in the Simeulue arc basin which is located off the west coast of Aceh is estimated at 320 billion barrels.

In addition to the various non-metallic natural resources above, Aceh also has various metal mining materials. The Aceh Mining Service inventory results show that according to the Aceh Mining and Energy Agency report, the Aceh region has 21 types of industrial minerals that are quite potential and highly prospective for development with locations spreading across almost all districts / cities in Aceh.
