What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts? |

A lot of people feel aging is a cause, but of course, it's a blessing. Even when God declares that his children will live a good old age, it simply means that it is a blessing for one to attain aging.
The medical process behind aging is Gerontology. This is the study of the aging process which has to do with some mental, physical and social changes of an individual.
Gerontology is the study of the social, cultural, biological, physiological and cognitive aspects embedded in aging.
As we know, gerontology has two types which includes; Social gerontology and biogerontology. Just as their names implies, the social gerontology has to do with all the social and emotional aspects in aging while the biogerontology has to do with the physical and biological aspect.
Gerontology is multidisciplinary because it has to do with understanding the changes in society as the population of aging people grows. Just so you know that gerontology and geriatric are not the same. While geriatric specializes on the study of diseases and illness, the gerontology specializes on the study of aging.
It has been said traditionally, that the normal age for gerontology is 65 years old. Once an adult reaches the age 65, they are considered aging.

I am not afraid of getting older because aging is something everyone should encounter when the time comes. No one will remain young forever; once the age of 65 comes, it starts showing. It is better to get prepared than to say, "I don't want to get old" or "I don't like old age."
Sometimes, when I look at myself in the mirror, I wonder if I'm getting older or younger because I see no signs of being old in me. I look younger every day. Or should I say it's because I'm not afraid of getting old; that's why I look younger?
Although old age comes with lots of disadvantages that put some people in danger, that doesn't mean everybody will experience one health issue or another. I have seen older adults who are strong and healthy, even at 80, without any health challenges.
I am not afraid of getting old; when it comes, I'm ready for it because I know I will live a good old age.

Avocado🥑 is an anti-aging superfood, loade with combination of nutrition in fighting fatty acids that promote smooth, and supple skin. Avocados are packed with inflammation-fatty properties that keeps the immune system functioning effectively.
Sweet Potatoes is rich in fiber and a good source of vitamins A, C and E. Although we ignore this nutritious meal when we see them, but they are called the skin nourisher. Eat sweet potatoes everyday and see what result your skin produces.
Fruits and vegetables are among the list of anti-aging foods. Vegetables like, leafy green, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots etc... Then fruits like, berries, orange, lemon, water melon, and cucumber are all anti-aging food.

SQUAT
This is a form of exercise that has to do with drawing your hips back and down until they seat below your knee. This form of exercise helps strengthens the knee. All the fracture around the knee are empowered through this exercise to keep fit, so at old age, one could engage in a long time walk and never worn out.
BRIDGE UP
This form of exercise is done by lying down on your back with your knee bent and your arms straightened by your side. You slowly raise your hip up and down. This exercise strengthens the glutes and the muscle that surrounds your hips, shielding them from injury. Bridge up is tested and trusted.
PRINCESS LUNGE
Just like the name princess, there are curtsey to doing this form of exercise. Hold a dumbbells and stand with your feets together but not closed. Take a step back starting with your left foot, bend your knee as you are taking it back, then return to standing.
With this simple curtsey, coordination and balance that would sustain you at old age is assured.

I accept that aging is truly a blessing, not a setback in life. Indeed, therefore, aging is a biological process that happens to everyone in the environment. It also belongs to the animals, trees, etc. in the environment around us.
According to aging, people over 60 years of age are classified as elderly people in the world. I believe that the new generation will be provided with a great space to live their lives without suffering according to their past experiences. Anyway, I wish you all the best

This is basically one of the most detailed and well explained post in which you have truly explain that how a human develop physically mentally and cognitively with the passage of time as well as not only this I think after 65 years person looks too much older but it starts to appear at skin by causing it's wrinkling from the age of 50 years and in people who don't take care of their self encounter early aging after 40 years who has poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle.

Congratulations to you for sharing a very good quality post with us. You have written very well about what we should do and what we should use in old age. The first thing is that we cannot stop our life at all because it is ego above us. One day or the other, what Allah has ordained for us and what He thinks is best for us, He will be with us one by one. But yes, aging can be done in a great way, like keeping yourself active in old age, rejuvenating yourself, like many medicines are used, many injections are used to make an old person. Oh I appreciate the fact that you are getting younger each day, everyone wants to grow younger, but aging is inevitable so it awaits everyone.
Anyways is good to work out ourself to avoid series of pains associated with aging the exercises you shared are quite beneficial. The fruit and vegetables are really important in controlling again as it will make us look younger.
