The first thing is that we cannot stop our life at all because it is ego above us. One day or the other, what Allah has ordained for us and what He thinks is best for us, He will be with us one by one. But yes, aging can be done in a great way, like keeping yourself active in old age, rejuvenating yourself, like many medicines are used, many injections are used to make an old person.
