Today this is I am organizing my first interesting contest in this new community so that I may see some of the most interesting entries.

Dehydration is defined as a condition in which your body get deficiency of water and as you all know that water regulates more than 80% of our body functions that's why an awareness to make your body hydrated is very important so that you may stay away from water deficiency in your body so here I have choosed this topic to know that how much knowledge you have regarding water importance and regarding staying hydrated and what you know about dehydration so let me share list of questions which you need to answer.

How can you participate?

For making sure your participation answer these questions:

1)In which season you are more prone to get victim of dehydration?

2)With what symptoms dehydration appears in a person and tell me primary steps to treat dehydration?

3)With which level of severity dehydrated patient may appear?(Share a real scenerio)
