Hello dear friends! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @khursheedanwar in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "Dehydration". So let's start without any more delay of time.

In which season you are more prone to get victim of dehydration?

Friends the dehydration is a health related condition which is occur when your body don't have enough fluids to maintain its normal functioning. So we can say that when the intake of fluids such as water is very less than the required state then we can say that the dehydration occur. We can divide dehydration in different categories which are related to its conditions such as when we do some hard work like Jim, running or playing any physical games then suddenly the fluids in our body especially water decrease through sweat them we feel an extreme thirst. But when we don't quench our thirst on time it may lead us towards dehydration.

The second one is seasonal especially in summers because in summer season there is a lot of hotness everywhere, hot winds blows and also the weather remain hot most of the time then due to this some people may get victim to the dehydration. So the chances of dehydration increase in summer season and also more people suffer in it due to unavailability of enough fluids in their bodies. But alhamdulillah I never got victim of dehydration even in the summer season because I take a lot of care of keeping in balance my body fluids.

With What symptoms dehydration appears in a person and tell me primary steps to treat dehydration?

Yes the symptoms of dehydration may be different in every human and it all depends upon the severity of dehydration. But there are some common symptoms which can be found in every victim of dehydration. let's have a look at them.


Symptoms Of Dehydration


  • When a person gets victim of dehydration he starts feeling dizziness and tired.

  • You become unable to stand and go anywhere due to extensive consciousness and your legs may start crumbling.

  • Dehydration may lead towards the increase or decrease in the pulse rate of an individual.

  • You may feel difficulty in urinating also the color of urine may turns to pale yellow.

  • The mouth of a dehydration victim gets dry due to the shortage of water in his body.


Primary Steps to deal with Dehydration


  • When you get victim of dehydration try to intake more and more fluids especially.

  • In order to boost the speed of rehydration try to intake the fluids which contains electrolytes.

  • Eat such fruits which contains a high amount of water and other fluids in them such as watermelons.

  • Also try to intake ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) so that you can get rid of dehydration quickly.

  • When you get victim of dehydration try to stay in the cool or shady places and avoid heat waves.

With which level of severity dehydrated patient may appear?

Yes the severity of dehydration may be different in every individual but the sever case of dehydration may lead towards death also. In the summer season I have to witness many cases of dehydration in my area. This is because the summer season remain very hot in Punjab province and there most of the people are farmers and thus they have to work in the fields Even in the very hot days of summer. So I have saw many people who becomes conscious due to the dehydration and then admitted to the hospital in an emergency situation. That is the end level of severity of dehydration which may prove very fatal for an individual so it is very important to stay hydrated especially in summers.
