Contest:Mi rutina saludable.
Llevar una rutina saludable en Venezuela suele ser difícil, sobre todo por el hecho de que algunos alimentos saludables son costosos, sin embargo, existen alternativas para comer y tener una vida saludable.
Es por eso que el objetivo del concurso de hoy es demostrar que si podemos tener una vida ‘‘Fitness’’ sin necesidad de tener tanto dinero. Hoy quiero que demuestres lo que haces en un día para mantenerte saludable.
Puedes hacer tu concurso en formato de diario, pero si lo deseas puede responder las preguntas que dejo a continuación.
- ¿Cómo vivo mi vida de forma saludable?
- ¿Qué actividades realizas para mantenerte en forma?
- ¿La salud se ve afectada si no haces lo que mencionas?
Reglas:
- Participar mínimo en el club5050
- Mínimo 300 palabras.

Un minuto después comentaste desde la cuenta de @kathy-cute, suplantar la identidad de alguien es un delito. Eso no está bien visto dentro de Steemit. Detalle por favor la diferencia de horas entre un comentario y otro, las localidades de ambos (Ella en Filipinas y tu en Pakistán). Si tiene algo en su defensa, creo que es momento de decirlo.

Hello dear @dexsyluz . I hope you are doing well.
I come up this issue because of my misunderstanding. This is her own account and she is managing it. I am her friend since last two years. I just invited her to Steemit and I help her with the things what I know. That day I have tried many times to participate in the contest contest in your community, but I can't make it.
You and Suboohi organized a contest of almost same category. So I participated in her and I think Kathy participated in yours. I saw her post on Steemit, send her it's link and told her you have made a nice post. I was already clicked a post option of my post. Then she told me to go and see your contest too. She told me you can participate here too. I said okay I will see it. After five minutes I come to your post and because of identical contest I thought it's Saboohi's contest and in haze I wrote there " my entry" and put that Link which I have copied from Kathy's post, to tell her you have made a nice post. I thought it's my own post's link and this is Saboohi's contest post, so in my mind I was registering my entry here.
After doing this I came to my account and saw I didn't make any Post. Then I go to the post option in healthy steem community and saw my post was in draft form and I was facing the issue. Soon I rushed to my comment option to delete my comment. Now from your comment i actually come to know that I have copied her link in hurry that time. Believe me it was a mixed of mind.
I am still facing the issues and I can't post my article here. I was participating in Reflexiones de Vida community, but facing the same problem. Now I have saved two articles with me in nodepaid. So actually all these things happened to me in hurry or mixing of mind.

si, te explico porque se suponia que mi novio era el que iba a manejar la cuenta, pero bueno su trabajo le ha impedido dedicarle tiempo a la comunidad y bueno aqui estoy yo para sacarle provecho y ver los frutos....
