Hydration is an interesting topic that we must discuss. Plain water and sports drinks are interesting to look at from a perspective I will share my thoughts on.

What is really best for our body?

Water is very important to hydrate the body and it is a natural way by which we can hydrate our body. It does not contain any calories nor does it contain any kind of sugar but it is still very beneficial for our body. It plays an important role in dissipating our body heat. Similarly, it also plays a role in improving our digestion. So we are during extreme body heat where many electrolytes such as sodium and potassium are lost from our body through sweat. Sports drinks are used to accomplish these.

We use sports drinks to quickly replenish the body's electrolytes and provide quick energy through carbohydrates. It is something that gives instant energy to our body and keeps us going for a long period for our exercise or our sport.

We should consume water regularly to hydrate our bodies. So that we can keep our body better. And protect your body from any kind of deficiency because water is important for every part of our body.

If money were not a problem, which one would you choose and why?

If money is not an issue, I would choose water because it is natural and readily available to us. It covers most of the hydration needs. So there are a few topics where we may need to use sports drinks. But mainly I will use the same as it is easily available to us. And keeps our body healthy Water is very important for every part of the body.

There are certain situations where we may need to use sports drinks. For example, we talk about a marathon or a long run during which we need it very much because during this time we run for a long distance. Due to this carbohydrates are excreted in sweat. We have to use these sports drinks to revive them quickly.

Similarly, we use this drink even after intense exercise because when we exercise, we also sweat. And because of this sweat, we lose electrolytes and carbohydrates. In the meantime, we use sports drinks to quickly restore our bodies and prevent weakness. Because when our body is not hydrated, then we will have problems, so this drink is used and saved before the problem occurs.

Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Water is enough for us for daily hydration in our bodies. Because water keeps our body fully fit and it is essential for every part of our body. It plays a role in everything from dissipating our body heat to our digestion. Due to which water is very enough for our body.

But still, athletes who continue their exercise sessions lose electrolytes and sugar in their bodies. We may need to use something else like a sports drink to supplement them. These drinks can suit our bodies as some people do not have problems with hydration. Because whenever they play sports or do any exercise, during that time their body releases very little electrolytes and carbohydrates. Because of this, they don't have to consume a lot of stuff, they just get by with sports drinks or plain water. But some bodies sweat a lot, so the more you sweat, the more electrolytes you will lose. Sports drinks or similar may be needed to supplement these.

I have used lemon and salt with water many times. Because it is a natural alternative to sports drinks which we also use in our daily lives. Lemon gives us a refreshing taste and some vitamin C. And so salt replenishes our body's lost sodium. Which makes us feel better.

It is especially used when we feel that our body is dehydrated. We use it to make up for this lack of water. Or we use it after our workout because we also sweat during exercise and during sweating we lose the salts inside us. To restore these salts to their proper place, we drink lemon salt mixed with water. This way we can keep our body better.

This was my approach to these questions which I have tried to do well. Hope you guys understand this. Everyone can have their perspective on their body because everyone's body is different and has different characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages. Accordingly, he takes care of his diet.
