Hello fellas, so glad to join this week's steemit engagement challenge season2 week2. This is @patience90 and you are welcome to my blog.

Introduction

Family is a very beautiful thing and it means everything to me. Just like every other family, we aren't perfect but I can't exchange my family for any other no matter the challenges, our rough moments, ups and downs.

However, when I saw this week's topic, I was so excited and I said to myself, Patience it's your family and it won't take you long to write about them but when I sad down to look at our pictures I realized it will actually take me a very long time to finish but for the sake of this contest, I'll stick to the subtopics given.

Who are your family members?

My family used to be a nuclear family of my parents and 7 kids but as the years go by, we have become a little extended family through marriage.

My parents are known as Chief and Mrs (late) Jacob T. Akwash blessed with 4 boys and 3. However, there are addition of 3 daughters-in-law, 2 sons-in-laws and 13 grandchildren and many more on the way.

Where do they live?

We are Nigerians and we all reside here. As I mentioned earlier, my mom is deceased and my father lives in the village (Gudi) with my immediate elder brother Philemon.

The first and third son (Ezekiel and Jonathan) lives with their respective families in Akwanga while Jonah the second son lives in Keffi with his family.
My sisters live in Lafia and Portharcut with their families respectively while I live with the senior man in Akwanga with his family.

What is their occupations?

My father is a retired civil servant, a local Chief of my tribe and a humble farmer of both crops and livestock.
The first 3 sons and the first daughter are all civil servants while the second daughter and the last son are business people.

What Special qualities do you like in each family member

My siblings are so bonded probably because we loss our mom so early in life and life itself dealt with us. So I love that bond we all share which is a rare quality some family lack

Have you ever been helped in a special way by a family member? Tell us your story.

As the baby of the house, I've been helped countless times and even till now.

Who is your funniest family member?

Hahaha both my sisters are funny but I give it to mummy Soso(the younger). Any music my sister hears, no matter the language you will hear her sing and dance to it in a funny way and you can't hold up without laughing out.

Tell us any other thing you wish about your family

I think this is where I will talk about my in-laws (siblings spouses) and niblings.

My brothers' wives are truly gifts not just to their husbands but to our family. They perfectly fit in our mother's position in their peculiar individual ways. I couldn't ask for better sisters-in-law. And my brothers-in-law, they are also not left out being my big brothers.

My niblings, hahaha this set of people are my favorite even though they are competing my position (last born) with me in the sight of my father, j still love them because they are smart, cute and fun to be with though sometimes annoying.
