Chicken:

This is one of the most useful protein foods with multiple uses in the culinary arts. When it comes to chicken, different recipes come to the fore as consumed in daily life. Besides that, you can eat when you go out for a walk, in restaurants, in fast food places, it's never missing. As an accompaniment to salads and in infinity of forms, textures and flavors.

I like to eat it fried. Apart from marinating it with my favorite species such as turmeric, curry and ginger, I add a few drops of vinegar and salt, I let it steep for a few hours, then I move it through wheat flour and then fry it in very hot oil.

In soups it is very common to see a chicken broth or a very thick soup. In a plate with salad, the chicken and the accompanying rice is not lacking. When making some tasty chop suey, in Arab food with shawarma, well-minced chicken makes this fast food, along with some sauces and vegetables, something very tasty to eat.

El tema de hoy:

El pollo:

Este es uno de los alimentos proteicos más útil y con múltiples usos en las artes culinarias. Cuando se trata del pollo sale a la palestra las distintas recetas como se consume en la vida diaria. Aparte que se puede comer al salir de paseo. También en restaurantes, en lugares de comida rápida nunca falta. Como acompañante en las ensaladas. Y en infinidad de formas, texturas y sabores.

Me gusta comerlo frito. Aparte que lo marino con mis especies preferidas como lo son la cúrcuma, el curry y el jengibre, le agrego unas gotas de vinagre y sal. Lo dejo macerar por unas pocas horas. Luego lo paso por harina de trigo y posteriormente a sofreír en aceite bien caliente.

En las sopas es muy común ver un caldo de pollo o una sopa bien espesa. En un plato con ensalada, el pollo y el arroz de acompañante no falta. Al realizar el sabroso Chop Suey. En la comida árabe con el Chawarma, el pollo bien picadito hace de esta comida rápida junto con algunas salsas y vegetales, algo muy sabroso para comer.
