Hello everyone, I hope that all of you will be doing well and enjoying the time with great pleasure. The fourth week of the curation from Team 4 ended successfully on the 28th of April 2023. Also, this report contains the curation stats of 29 and 30 April. So, in total there are 9 days which are included in this report.

During the 7 days of week 4 and 2 extra days of the month of April 2023, we successfully curated different posts by exploring different tags and visiting different communities on the Steemit platform.
All 5 members of Team 4 have curated the posts with the help of @steemcurator07 throughout the whole week. In total, 196 posts and 40 comments were curated by us this week. Now, I am here to present the weekly report for the last week of this month.
Statics of Our Curation
We have covered 20 different countries and the leading country which received the most votes is Venezuela and then Indonesia and Nigeria.
We have covered different club statuses and 111 are #club5050, 28 are #club75, and 56 are #club100. Also, one post was out of any club.
There were 32 different tags that were curated this week and the top 2 tags were #thediarygame and #challenge, respectively.
There were total of 35 communities that were visited by our curators throughout the whole week. The leading 2 communities were Steemit Iron Chef and Steem Entrepreneurs, respectively.
With the help of these 5 curators, we have successfully curated 196 posts and 40 comments throughout the whole week and 2 extra days. This week, @anasuleidy and @fantvwiki did two curation duties. While, @steemdoctor1 and @josevas217 did curation on 30 and 29 April respectively.
Observations of the Curators
This Saturday was an incredible day of curation, I found very varied content and it was even hard for me to decide on just one.
It is evident that every day users are committing to perfect their content. Without a doubt, I enjoyed this turn a lot.
The 4th week of curation on April 23 went very well, dozens of posts received support from what they published. The theme of the engagement challenge and The Diary Game remains an option, in addition to several other posts.
This day of curation I was able to do it with more tranquility, I was a little bit more free and I did it with more calm. It is good to be able to walk around the different communities and outside them to see the great variety of publications and topics that users share. Additionally, seeing how each community has different contests and dynamics is a way to learn from everyone.
It was a very good experience for me while curation. Although, I found it somehow difficult to curate in a row because I was traveling from home to my study place. I explored different communitues and visit different tags to curate the posts and in total I have successfully curated 28 posts and 6 comments of good quality.
I curated several articles in the late morning and afternoon and then many more in the evening. I paid lots of authors and communities a visit. I read plenty of engagement and diary game posts. Quite a few of the bloggers who I supported are active daily which is delightful. There was a great selection of comments to go through as well.
This was a great last day of curation for me in this month of April, I focused on looking for very varied content, the coolest thing is that in all my visits the users are part of a #club demonstrating that they are committed to the platform and its personal accounts. I want to take this opportunity to thank the 04 team for the support, for the suggestions, for the learning and for allowing me to enjoy community curation. They will always be a great experience.
So far nothing different, the curation on April 28th is still filled by the same theme. The large number of users who do use not personal photos makes me a little less excited to see real users.
This will be my last day of curation until I am selected again in another curation team, I took part of the morning to do my job calmly, and to be able to review each voted post more thoroughly. It was a good curation day. I was able to see very good creations and particularly enjoyed it.
It was my last curation day of the month and also the last curation day until I am selected again as a curator. The experience while curating today was pleasant as I found many informative and creative articles today. After exploring different communitues and visiting different tags, I have curated 19 posts and 3 comments. I curated less posts today because I let the power of sc07 fill by the 12 UTC so that new team couldn't find it difficult to manage the time.

| Reasons For Selection: | This is a perfect diary game by the author @pandora2010. She has beautifully explained her whole day starting from the breakfast and ending with the movie. The main things that she done in the day were doing her moderation duty, handling the drawer, and most important is attending a Birthday party. The markdowns are also good and pictures quality is also impressive. |

The author cooked so many different dishes which is what others end up making themselves throughout a whole week. I like that she asked whether the butcher approves of her taking a photo of him for her blog. I am glad that she also wrote captions for many of the photographs that she featured here. |

| Reasons For Selection: | My selection for this week is a very original publication in a participation in the Steemit Engagement Challenge. This new user has been doing it very well, she has shared a publication in the Steemit Iron Chef community with very good, precise, rhyming writing, something that is not easy to do. It is not such an extensive publication, but this does not mean that she has not had to spend a good time to be inspired to write these rhymes that she shares with us here. It's nice to see that new users are doing the same to constantly improve, it's what you want, it's what it's supposed to happen in everything we do.
