Greetings Steemians friends!

Hope everyone is doing well. The Second week of July also ended on a good note. Now it's time to report on our work as Community Curators in July 2024. On this occasion I will present a report on our work as Curator of Team-3 for the last seven days from 08th-14th July, 2024.

As Team 3 curators, we have completed our curation process effectively by supporting quality posts across the Steemit platform, following the standards stipulated in our Team 3: Curation Guidelines for July 2024.

In this 2nd week, we supported 191 posts with 162 users from 19 countries and 32 communities with different club statuses, and we appreciate 22 good comments from inside and outside the community.

It should be noted that we have had no problems this week, so I invite you to look at the numbers and statistics.

Being able to manage the resources available to you calls for wisdom. This user has demonstrated stewardship by enumerating what he will use $25000 to do when he is given such amount. This author who is a Guidance Counseling teacher explains his lesson plans in great detail. As a teacher she teaches, instructs, directs and imparts understanding to the students about what she sees as the great challenge of his life. She presented his plan calculus by creating a learning module according to the characteristics of the students to make a learning plan. She mentions three activities in students' learning material which are introductory, core and concluding activities. Where students are able to work together and socialize with peers through group method which is the curriculum implemented in Indonesia. She also made emoticons out of cardboard as tools and media according to the learning material. I think she has presented an effective plan in the education system.
