My action to make our environment cleaner, greener and healthier 🌲🌲🌴

A warm greeting to each and everyone of you. How are you fairing? I hope all is well. I remember @mbetobongluke and am super excited to participate in this contest organized by @ngoenyi my regards to her.let me share with you my contribution to make our environment cleaner greener and healthier 🌲

I see cleanliness as an essential factor for human health and well-being. Whether it is a home, workplace, or public space, maintaining cleanliness is very important for several reasons.
Keeping the environment clean involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and this can help prevent the spread of diseases and promote good health.

What did you do?

Cleanliness is next to holiness.
My effort in making my environment cleaner and hygienic.
I took action by cleaning up both my backyard and outside the gate together with removing dirt and sand from the gutter for proper drainage and glass of water. We should also put this as our priority. By cleaning our environment and not waiting till the general sanitation day.
I love when my surroundings are clean and decent.

How did you do it?

By the grace of God, I did it with the help of my working tools which are matchet, shovel, rack and wheelbarrow.
I used the matchet to cut those stubborn grasses and also trimmed my flowers 🌺 I also see shovel as a very important working tool. I used the shovel to remove the grass. I even prefer shovel to weeding hoe because it makes the work more faster and easier than hoe. After weeding, I used my rack to rack the grasses and gather it one place. Before I then packed it into the wheelbarrow and dumped the grasses in my plantain farm. The grasses also saved as manure to the plantain.

Where did you do it?

Cleaning up the environment can be done anyway. But Charity begins at home.
So I did it both within and outside my compound. At the back of my house and also in front of my house and by extension, the gutter. I feel so excited in doing all this things.

What motivated you?

Aside from today weather ☁️ being warm and friendly.
Bad smells always motivate me to clean and tidy up my environment.
For some of us, cleaning and tidying our homes does not come naturally. I am generally a type of person that do not like staying in dirty places. Sometimes we just need to be kind to ourselves and accept that our motivation is low and that it will pick up another day.
I'm glad the needful has been done.

In conclusion, we should at first understand that a clean environment contribute to our physical and mental well-being. Imagine your clean home. We can get motivation we need just by imagining how beautiful and clean our house will look if we take action.
Let's take cleanliness as our priority.
