Hello Good Peoples,
It is my honor to publish my weekly report as Country Representative. I try to fulfill my duties with honesty and integrity. In this post I will report my activities for the last 7 days, I will try to cover as much as possible.

My Activity In this Week:
I tried to make my interactions more this week than last week. I'm trying to spend more time in the communities I'm in charge of. Also, I'm helping many new users who are trying to join Steemit From our country to get verified. That's why I am helping Greeters to facilitate them to verify as a real user.
Helping active posters in my communities to write quality posts with proper guidelines. We are constantly trying to get all new users to join the community by organizing contests from the community account. I am trying to support all users equally by using the voting power that I have.
There are many new users who are not aware of the various activities of Steemit. I encourage them to stay active in all projects(Steemit Engagement Challenge) by contacting them personally on Discord and explaining coding and markdown style to those who have difficulty understanding it.
Greeters Report
I have been working as a greeter since last week. Currently in the first month only I have been given the task of verifying the users of our country. I am personally verifying new users by talking to them and trying to guide Bangladeshi users.Helped new users to understand the Steemit platform.Here, I will be summarizing my activities as a Greeter in the newcomers' community for the time period 10-08-22 to 20-08-22. Below is the list of those whom I have verified and those who are pending:

Solving users' problem
A user has struggled to get support. So he mentions the steemcurator for support. I tried to contact him personally after knowing the matter. He responded to me very quickly. I have tried to explain how to create quality posts by following the guidelines properly. Reassured him and told him to contact me for any problem in future.

My Activity In Steemit Travel Community

As an admin(community manager) of Steemit Travel, I try to take appropriate steps for the progress of the community. Take special care to support each user. Meanwhile, users are being suggested to get booming support for quality posts.Using @ hive-163291 account for curate posts.
I monitor each user through the comment review system according to the quality of the post. This week I have reviewed more than 10 posts and commented. If I see any kind of problem in any user's post then I have mentioned it in the review comment.

Like every week, this week I published the Steemit Travel Community Weekly Report. Weekly reports include community contest announcements, contest updates, active users, active posters, users' club status, users' weekly power-up amount, total delegation to community accounts, delegator list and more.

BOOMING support has been running since 08 August 2022 and has now reached report for Week #3. This post is a system of openness, fairness, transparency and proof of work run by the Steemit Travel team.
My Power Up

In the last 7 days from 15 August to 21 August, I power up a total of 92 STEEM. From the beginning, I was more interested in power-up. When there was no club project, I have been doing power up. Because I believe that I did not come to work on steemit Platform for one or two days, I want to work here for a long time. So I power up my whole earnings daily.
Post Curation Report
Throughout this Week I have curated 135 posts. I have curated a total of 88 authors' posts. I always try to curate the active posts of more users so that they are more interested in posting and identify users if they are real or not. Because of my less voting power, I can't curate all user's posts. But according to my voting power, i tried to curate as many posts as I can.
