I had to discover this week that I have passed a year in the schedule that I have been keeping of Steemians that I am helping to better their posts. More than a year ago I committed to it.
It feels like just the other day that I started it.
I often wonder if we realize the importance of time or if we just take it for granted.
As for the weekly feedback… here we go!

Steem For Ladies
Week 4 of Engagement Season 19 is going well, and we are not experiencing any problems.
This week, the community marked 2,500 booming vote posts.
Thank you to all those Steemians who support the community.
My duties:
- Curation and verification of posts on my day of duty as well as filling in on the days of others
- Educating and monitoring 7 moderators
- Validating MOD verifications
- Verifying new members
- Booming posts submissions and community voting
- Taking care of community notifications and comments
- Writing of 4 community posts
- Monitoring and running of community contests
- Lending a helping hand to members of the community
- Approval of moderator contests
General
A helping hand was lent to six Steemians on WhatsApp and Discord, and various others via the platform.
▸Africa:
Before any feedback, I first want to welcome Africa’s newest orca, @simonnwigwe.
Congratulations, and well done! You made the big swim.
My main focus is still on Africa.
@ngoenyi and I launched the "How to Be Unique in 7 Days" program with great excitement.
I do believe that with the help of our fellow Steemians from Africa, we can make a difference in the quality of posts.

Assistance was given to one moderator.

Assistance was given to one new curator.
▸Community:
Assistance was given to one community.
Issues encountered:
As for issues encountered, a problem is that posts are not always showing on the landing page. You have to refresh the page a couple of times to make sure that everything is there. This results in moderators often missing posts for verification.
As for the rest, it is still the same: contestants not following all the rules of a contest and poor engagement where it is a requirement.
