In the Curation on September 3, 2023, I chose a post with the Topic of Aceh Regional Distinctive Cuisine which is known as "Kuah Pliek". In his post, the author mentions that the basic ingredients of the menu are processed from coconut dregs which have been squeezed out of the oil, then dried and used as the main seasoning of this dish.

The author also displays the recipe for this vegetable and the cooking steps so that readers can follow the guidelines it describes if they want to try this recipe.-@irawandedy

A rich article that included several information regarding the aforementioned people and the efforts they made to rehabilitate the stadiums, especially after the tsunami disaster that struck Malaysia.

On September 27 2023 which is the closing of Week 1 curation in September, I chose a publication titled Learn With Steem. This post moved me because it shows the natural coffee processing process.

In his publication as a newcomer he shows the stages of coffee processing. He enthusiastically displays coffee when he picks coffee beans in his garden, dries them in the sun, roasts and grinds them using a blender, then serves them. This is interesting content...

Besides that, the author also converts the selling price of a cup of coffee from local currency to steem. I should nominate his efforts in producing educational and varied content as the best today.-@irawandedy
