First of all, thank you very much for providing here proof to demand of vote on every post and that is not allowed on steemit platform as well as my community.
steemit team had given me only two slots for promoting posts and it is the duty of admin to select the quality content for this purpose, I always tried my best to select the best posts for this. You did the following things that were not according to the rules of the steemit team and my community.
It is the duty of admin to manage community, if everyone starts to ask for vote, then how can it be possible to manage it. Good content always appreciated on steemit platform.

Isn't this a violation of the rules?

I was unaware I didn't know much about steemit rules. You are a community administrator and you yourself are violating the rules and telling us about the rules.
Yes you are right bro we should stand against every one who is violating the rules as a user we may did some mistakes but the admin should not do this. Even someone posted 15 post and then got one vote and you posted almost 7 to 8 post and did not got any vote. And there are some user in the community those are getting 2 votes in three posts, so it's our right to stand against this kind of work. Its also our desire there should be a community which work on a merit base but if not then we will stand against this....
Yes @alihussain07 you are right the admin of this community is not working honestly he gave the support only the some selected users and i am also sure about it that @azamrai have multiple accounts.
@crptokannon stop booming support from this community because she also have some proof for his unhonestly work otherwise she don't stop this support.
