AN EFFECTIVE MEET UP/ TRAINING NEWBIES/ STRATEGIC MOVES AND PLANS FOR STEEMIT PROMOTION IN 2022 BY @NSIKAKEDEM 10% PAYOUT TO @PROMOSTEEM

Hello great steemians, Compliment of the season. I hope everything is going on smoothly. It's a great opportunity to bring to you all our meet up experience held by team Goal getters in Uyo, Nigeria. Led by our highly esteemed team coordinator @ijelady. Happy reading.

To God be praise that we have come this far in steemit. This time was a meet up gathering organized by our leader for the team leaders, newbies and other prospected steemians. The meeting had about fifteen people in attendance. The discussion sharpen our minds and gave us strong strong mindset on our approach about steemit. We were instructed as leaders to develop ourselves and other assist other newbies and not to be a newbie for life.

It is never enough to sign up someone in steemit. Infact, the greater work is in mentoring the person to stand knowing his left from his right. This is one of the things I have so much enjoyed from our team leader @ijelady. During this meet up. She took time to correct our flaws in steemit, employ us to make quality and plagiarism free post, the need of the maintaining and improving in our club status, joining curation trail and setting good percent beneficiary to communities and many other related informations that can make us grow tall in steemit.

The newbies also enjoyed their moment because of the information they were exposed to on steemit. We had a lot of newbies join us and we took time to guide them on achievement posts, contest participation and making of quality and constant post.

The important of training newbies cannot be over emphasized. I remember when I came into steemit newly, I was a novice. I know all that I know now through constant guidance and coaching and this made us to duplicate it to others as the come in. I had to open email for one of them that had no active email and I should him the way forward.

During the meet up, we took out time to discuss on our moves next year to push steemit to another height and level. Let me mention but a few of our plans:

• pulling crowd into steemit next year
• mentoring and coaching the to become leaders.
• assisting them to make quality posts.
• going for promotion in strategic places.
• printing of fliers, t-shirts, roll-up banners.
• going for investors, etc.

We indeptly discuss on all the afore mention areas and came to a conclusion as to the moves to get all done and achieved. At the end of the day, it was an awesome get together as many people had plans of travelling for vacation this season.

The meetup, training session and making of plans for 2022 was successful. We did all we did intentionally to spread the goodnews about steemit and with all these, we believe we will hit it hard next years.
