Advantages And Disadvantages

• In the title, you should not use capital letters in all letters, just capitalize on important words only. MY PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY FOR THE PAST WEEK , better if - My Promotional Activity For The Past Week
• The number of words is quite good, but it looks a little bit because of the use of portrait images, because portrait images make it look like there's not much writing in the post
• An intro that is too short, at least explain the outline of your post so that readers know the meaning of your post
• Portrait image size is not good in a post. if the user uses a smartphone to read then the display will be full of images only and it is very annoying. it's better to use a landscape image
  
• For promotional points, it's good to invite friends to join steemit because it has an effect in a promotion
• For markdown and neatness, it's pretty good, only portrait images which I think are quite disturbing in reading

Conclusion

Your posts are quite good and have a real promotional effect in promotional activities. inviting friends to join steemit through social media is the easiest and simplest thing to do. keep doing this promotion

In terms of placing an image, if you only have a portrait image, then it's better you edit the image to landscape or use 2 image markdown left and right
