Weekly moderator report for steem4nigeria ( 13th - 19th November, 2023)

Welcome to another exciting week, hope we all had a wonderful past week. I wish you all a happy week ahead, Have fun, and don't forget to share great memories with us.
Reporting from Steem4Nigeria on the job as a moderator in this community. My job as a MOD is to carry out post reviews in which I check for the following standards of a content creator and his/her content;
- Achievement 1 (Verification) post
- Plagiarism status of the post
- Bot service check
- AI-free content
- Steem Exclusivity
- Club status
- Voting CSI
- Number of words
- Application of Markdowns
If found innocent of any foul play from the above-mentioned, I go on to drop my review and grading but if guilty of any standard such as plagiarism, Use of Bot service, and AI content generation, I table such findings with my superiors for the next line of action.
But in minor cases such as no club, and low voting CSI, I encouraged them to power up and join a club, and/or support other users with upvotes and engaging comments.
MY DUTY DAYS |

My assigned duty day remains Wednesday, however, there is a little alternation to accommodate a certain situation, for that reason, I review posts on Tuesday. With Sunday being a general post review day for all moderators on the team to review post.

As my community tag implies, I am responsible for the prompt publication of community reports and contests. In the week under review the community booming report and the community application for engagement season 14 was published while also the community contest by our amiable lead moderator @ruthjoe. In account of last week's work, a total of 11 posts were reviewed and verified by me on Tuesday, and Sunday. With all post review free from AI use, and in accordance with the various clubstatus except for one newcomer.
