A través de esta propuesta, deseo estimular la creación de contenido exclusivo y de calidad con la verdura universal de temporada: La Calabaza.

La calabaza es una verdura muy popular a nivel mundial; justo estamos en cosecha de muchas de ellas tanto en el norte como en el sur.

Se reproduce casi en cualquier terreno y mediante la polinización de su flor por la abejas, vemos es en esta temporada, en donde sobreabundan las nobles: calabazas, auyamas, zapallos, anco... como lo llamen en tu país; son singularmente hermosas y deliciosas en toda la gastronomía mundial.

En estas fechas vemos como aumenta la cosecha de estos productos del campo, casi en cualquier casa podrían estar cosechando hoy montones de calabazas y son hasta el souvenir ideal cuando visitamos a los amantes de los cultivos hogareños.

En el supermercado estan a bajo costo, y es porque sin duda ésta es la gran cosecha de la calabaza.

Propuesta del concurso:

Te propongo a que nos compartas una receta exclusiva para este post con el ingrediente principal: La Calabaza.

- Comparte el nombre de tu receta, el paso a paso de tu elaboración.

- Quien te enseñó a preparla o como aprendiste a elaborarla.

- ¿Cual es el costo actual en tu país de una calabaza (auyama, zapallo, anco...) en steem?.

Pumpkin is a very popular vegetable worldwide; We are just harvesting many of them in both the north and the south.
