I love to participate in any kind of recipe contest, and whenever the topic is mentioned in the contest, I find it challenging for someone, and I love to participate in such challenging contests.

Today I am going to show you how to make a sweet lau vegetable recipe that is very tasty and prepared with different vegetables because it has lots of taste and lots of vitamins. There will be many benefits, and in one recipe it will be possible to introduce several vegetables with high content to children's bodies. This recipe is especially useful for children, and everyone from children can eat it. But let's know how I make the recipe.

Today I will show a vegetable recipe with sweet lau and all I need to make this recipe is
a ripe sweet lau
carrot
lau
potato
onion
green chili
oil
salt
turmeric, and
water
How do I make this recipe of Mishti lau with the ingredients? First, cut the sweet lau carrot, gourd, potato, and all these vegetables into sizes.

Put it in the oven and then add the minced onions and green chillies. After a while, add oil and fry the onions and green chillies until they turn brown. After that, if the onion turns brown, wash and clean the vegetables cut there, and then add salt and turmeric to it, cover with a lid with a little water, and wait for it to become brown.

After five to ten minutes, open the lid and see. If it is cooked or not, then you have to cook it well for two minutes and finish the cooking.

Of course, it was taught to me by my mother. When my mother used to cook, I used to watch all my mother's cooking as a child, and from there, I would ask my mother how to cook any recipe. My mother would beautifully describe each recipe from start to finish, and so on.

I learned to cook this recipe, and when I was a little older, I could cook it myself. Since then, I have cooked it myself, and my hands are great.
