Semana Santa

El viento santo sopla
y envuelve el tiempo en la fe.
El cielo se llena de perfume divino
y las estrellas parecen tan santas.
Las alas de lo sagrado están hechas para crecer
y la fe y la creencia cubren la tierra.
La humanidad lleva su esperanza
y tras sus huellas el Vía Crucis que las impulsa.
Las lágrimas corren por las mejillas
y el castigo se visualiza
Látigos como truenos que desgarran
y la multitud sigue sus pasos.
La corona adorna la cabeza ensangrentada
y la gente que sigue llora.
Así se recuerda cada semana sagrada.
Esta es la Semana Mayor.
Ésta es la memoria del sufrimiento y del dolor.
La gente abarrota las iglesias
Las plazas llenas de espectadores
y un hombre sufrido que lleva una cruz.
La iglesia da entrada al hombre en sacrificio
y la gente llora en el recuerdo.
Todo trae el recuerdo del amor sagrado.
Ese amor de Dios por la humanidad.
El hombre se cobija en su fe
y recuerda la pasión del hombre llamado Cristo.
La multitud sigue el sacrificio
y las calles se llenan de palmeras.
El recuerdo sigue latente.
Todo parece que fue ayer.
Semana Santa del recuerdo
y el amor vibrante del perdón de Dios.
La iglesia pronto queda vacía
y las plazas reúnen a hombres y niños.
El domingo la gente vuelve a misa
y la iglesia prepara la Pascua.
El recordado momento de la resurrección
Ha llegado.
La gente está feliz y se abraza.
Dios ha cumplido su amor.
La resurrección permanece como esperanza
y la fe cobija el paso de la salvación.
El Domingo de Pascua todos gritan:
¡El Hijo de Dios ha resucitado!
Y una nueva vida comienza en la fe.
La paz sea con todos,
La paz sea con los hombres de fe.

Easter

The holy wind blows
and wraps time in faith.
The sky is filled with divine perfume
and the stars seem so holy.
The wings of the sacred are made to grow
and faith and belief cover the earth.
Humanity carries its hope
and in their footsteps the Via Crucis that drives them.
Tears run down cheeks
and the punishment is visualized
Whips like thunder that tear
and the crowd follows in his footsteps.
The crown adorns the bloody head
and the people who continue cry.
This is how each sacred week is remembered.
This is the Greater Week.
This is the memory of suffering and pain.
People crowd churches
The squares full of spectators
and a long-suffering man who carries a cross.
The church gives entry to man in sacrifice
and people cry in memory.
Everything brings the memory of sacred love.
That love of God for humanity.
The man takes shelter in his faith
and remember the passion of the man called Christ.
The crowd follows the sacrifice
and the streets are filled with palm trees.
The memory is still latent.
Everything seems like it was yesterday.
Holy Week of remembrance
and the vibrant love of God's forgiveness.
The church soon becomes empty
and the squares bring together men and boys.
On Sunday people return to mass
and the church prepares Easter.
The remembered moment of the resurrection
Has arrived.
People are happy and hug each other.
God has fulfilled his love.
The resurrection remains as hope
and faith shelters the step of salvation.
On Easter Sunday everyone shouts:
The Son of God is risen!
And a new life begins in faith.
Peace be with all,
Peace be upon men of faith.
