Hope you all are doing well and good and enjoying the best days of your life. This is me @shahid2030 from Pakistan and you are here reading my post. You all are welcome here from the core of my heart.
This is my participation in a contest "Little concern for street animals" organized in steem.ofanimals Community by @steem.ofanimals.
The cause of the prevalence of street animals. |

I think the reason behind the prevalence of street animals is the uncontrolled breeding among them, the abundance and not having a proper care or setup for them.
Let's take an example of dogs. They give birth to 12 puppies with each pregnancy. See how huge number is this. That's the reason, we see dogs as the most spoiled street animals. They suffer alot, because of their abundant strength.
The number of street animals also increase with the phenomena of abundance. Too many people left their dogs, cats and other animals in the streets when they become old.
The other solid and most prominent reason which I think is, the lack of interest of government in this regard or no proper set up for them. I think the state should have a proper origination to control the street animals or take care of them. Their should be proper shelter houses for them.

As for talking about my country I think these are the various reasons which I think are the huge obstacles in handling this issue. I think the first reason is lack of education. People even don't consider these animals is living being. They think these dogs, cats and other street animals like that are feelingless. This is the reason they are increasing day by day without any proper care or facilities.
Another reason in my country is extremely worse economic conditions. The government can't efford to give facilities to even the humans, so how it comes they can invest money on street animals, and make shelter houses for them or give them good life.
Their extremely high population, as I talked about dogs is also one the reason behind it. It's difficult to manage them all.

It has adverse effects on the society. The street animals bring deadly diseases along with themselves. They get injuries and then their injures don't heal, then insects sit on it, now if those insect touches your skin or bite you, you will directly get infected.
Another harmful effect is that, they bite kids when they see them alone. We have too much street dogs here and too many cases have been noted here. Especially in summer they become to dangerous if extreme hot hit them. They then bite everyone they see.
However such animals are great risk for the livestock too, especially in villages. The wild pigs are in abundance in my village. They eat Cows, sheep's and goats

I don't have experience such an act in my society. Even though I love animals too much and I have emotional attachment with them. If I am in good position I would really work on their rehabilitation and will make them a huge shelter house, where they will be kept will take care of them.
Infact it's my plan to have my own farm house inshAllah if I have money. I will keep birds, animals and will plant many trees in it.

First of all happy to listen that your one of those who love and cares and seriously concerned about the street animals, unfortunately in our country no animal welfare laws or animal protection low for these innocent creatures,in our streets usually we saw cats and dogs 🐕,in your village cows and goats too .We all have to raised hand and mobilize awareness about street animals for abused ,if they are sterilized and vaccinated from both control they will get safe place, food and love from humans as a pet .Well explained publication with perfect ralevant images.

You mention dogs as the main animal in the spread of street animals. Yes it is on the top list in my country too. You have revealed the issue of proliferation as a reason for the increase in street animals. A dog in your country can give birth to up to twelve puppies. It grows at a really high rate. But I see maximum 5 to 6 dogs giving birth in my country. It could be environmental variation. And the over-proliferation is why so many of them are seen on the streets.
According to you, street animals can transmit disease. Which I notice myself. Humans are likely to be infected by them. Appreciate your thoughts. Because you have a real sense of working with animals. Besides, you love animals a lot. The post has been mentioned in many beautiful presentations. Thank you very much.

When we talk about animals living wild on the streets, we must at least be able to understand that this is not good. I see many cows living freely on the streets, whether we can take these to be kept by ourselves, or whether they are intentionally released by their owners, this requires special attention and of course must be handled immediately.

Dear, you have raised a very important point. Government should take measures for street animals. They have to arrange accommodation and food. The prevalence of street animals will increase day by day. As you said the dog gave birth to 12 cubs. Then they will have a food shortage. Will die for lack of food and adequate care. I completely concur with your viewpoint. Taking dogs as a prime instance, their ability to produce large litters significantly contributes to the prevalence of street animals. The resulting overpopulation exacerbates their suffering. Additionally, the act of abandoning aging pets further compounds the escalation in street animal numbers, highlighting the urgency of the issue.
Yes dear dogs are too much sharp and clever. Their population in increasing day by day, but having no proper care for them. That's too much saddening and alarming.
