I completely concur with your viewpoint. Taking dogs as a prime instance, their ability to produce large litters significantly contributes to the prevalence of street animals. The resulting overpopulation exacerbates their suffering. Additionally, the act of abandoning aging pets further compounds the escalation in street animal numbers, highlighting the urgency of the issue.
Yes dear dogs are too much sharp and clever. Their population in increasing day by day, but having no proper care for them. That's too much saddening and alarming.
