Dear, you have raised a very important point. Government should take measures for street animals. They have to arrange accommodation and food. The prevalence of street animals will increase day by day. As you said the dog gave birth to 12 cubs. Then they will have a food shortage. Will die for lack of food and adequate care. Yes friend these animals should be given a proper care. They have feelings and emotions too. They deserve a better life.
