We should first keep in mind,Steemit is a social platform.. Here a user can create the content of his choice.. Good quality content is encouraged.
When a community moves away from it. Then there is no question of staying with that community.
1.If a steem user wants to post Steem Bangladesh, he has to pay 10% beneficiary..A content creator will provide the beneficiary as per his wish. A content creator creates content according to his talent. Content rewards are given to a content creator according to his talent. Since you are receiving 10% rewards from the contact maker. But I think you're stealing the talent of a content creator. You cannot do anything outside the rules of the Steem platform.
Question:You can take benefits from community users by making a fictional rule.
2.You will support those who have done 80% delegation in Steem Bangladesh. The reason you mentioned is to increase the power of the community. You see, despite having so many rules in your community, the amount of delegation in your community is low.. You are talking about increasing power in the community. But you notice yourself that you have given most of the SP power down from your account. Other communities don't have as many rules as you, but they still have enough in their community accounts.
Question:There is no alternative to delegation to enrich the community.However, users will delegate as they wish . Can you force users to delegate?
3.You recently appointed 3 moderators in the steem Bangladesh community.. What factors do you focus on when choosing a moderator? Why not post a recruitment when you choose a moderator in your community. Sufficient kinship has been exercised in the selection of moderators.
Question: We hope your moderators will tell us about the selection process and their area.. I hope you will tell me what qualities you have seen in choosing a moderator.
4.The rules and regulations you have created in your community are substandard. Managing a community requires a set of rules and long-term planning. You have created low quality rules for handling community. And change every day.
5.The posts that are selected in your community have a lot of kinship here. So, quality content creators are becoming discouraged. Maybe you don’t feel the need to notice these. When the steem user asks you a question, the questions are not as you wish. You avoid the questions.
@steemcurator01 is providing enough support to the Steem Bangladesh community. Of course the support should be given to good quality content. Since it is a low quality post selected from Bangladesh community. And kinship is done so creating good quality content they are deprived of it..
I think all users have the same mind. But they will not get support from Steem Bangladesh. So you can say the words..
For the above reasons, I do not want to post Steam Bangladesh anymore. Apart from Steem Bangladesh, there are many communities where the door is open for me.

80% delegation and 10% beneficial that two rules are the problem. I know that the more delegations we do, the more power our community will have. But I post in another community, I have to delegate others community too. Now if I delegate 80% to only one community then I will not be able to delegate to any other community.

এ ব্যাপারে আমি একমত। আমার মনে হয় যেহেতু ডেলিগেশন বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে, তাই বেনেফিসিয়ারিও বাধ্যতামূলক করা উচিত হয় নাই। কেননা আপনি ১০০% রিওয়ার্ড পেলেও আপনাকে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমান ডেলিগেট করতে হচ্ছে। এতে করে কন্টেন্ট ক্রিয়েটর এর কাছেই রিওয়ার্ড থাকলো এবং তা ডেলিগেশন করায় কমিউনিটিও লাভবান হলো। ক্রিয়েটরও চাইলেই ৫ দিন অপেক্ষা করে তা নিজের কাছে আনতে পারবে।
এ ব্যাপারে আমি পুরোপুরি একমত নই। ডেলিগেশন করাটা এখন একান্ত জরুরি। স্টীম এর দাম বাড়ার কারনে অনেকে, এমনকি সিআর-রাও পাওয়ার ডাওন দেওয়ার ফলে কমিওনিটি একাউন্ট এর এসপি কমে গেসে। তাই সবাইকে ডেলিগেশন করানোর জন্য ডেলিগেশন বাধ্যতামূলক করা সঠিক সিধান্ত৷ এক্ষেত্রে % কমানো যেতে পারে। অন্যান্য কমিউনিটি গুলোয় আমাদের তুলনায় বেশি ডেলিগেশন রিওয়ার্ড দেয় (শ্রীলঙ্কা যাদের এখন ১ লাখ এসপি, সাপ্তাহিক রিওয়ার্ড এর ৮০% ডেলিগেটরদের দেয় যা ১০০০ এ আনুমানিক ২.৫ স্টীম৷ অর্থাৎ তারা আমাদের দিগুন রিওয়ার্ড দেয়।)। তাই ডেলিগেশন রিওয়ার্ড বৃদ্ধি, ডেলিগেশন কন্টেস্ট প্রভৃতির মাধ্যমে ডেলিগেশনে উৎসাহিত করা যেতে পারে।
এই পোস্ট সিলেকশন নিয়ে আমারো প্রশ্ন আছে। ডেলিগেশন/বেনিফিসিয়ারি দিলে আপনারা বলছেন সাপোর্ট দিবেন, কিন্তু আমার পোস্ট গুলো দেখলে বুঝবেন, আমি আমার লাস্ট ২ সপ্তাহে ৫ টা পোস্ট দিসি কিন্ত কিউরেটর ০১ তো দূরে থাক, বুমিং এরো ভোট পাই নাই। আমি কিন্তু ৯০% (১১০০ এসপি) ডেলিগেট করে রাখসি+ বেনেফিসিয়ারি দিসি+ প্লেজারিজম করি নাই। তাই টপ পোস্ট সিলেকশন এর পদ্ধতি আরো সচ্ছ করা উচিত বলে আমি মনে করি।
মডারেটর যতক্ষণ তাদের দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করবে ততক্ষন পর্যন্ত এ নিয়ে কোনো সমস্যা আমি দেখছি না।
☆☆☆ এগুলো আমার মতামত মাত্র, কোনো কিছু ভুল বলে থাকলে জানাতে পারেন।
সংযোজনঃ এসপি দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য টেথার দিয়ে স্টীম আবার কিনে পাওয়ার আপ দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
আর পাওয়ার ডাওন দিলে ২ মাস সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে না, এটা অযোক্তিক। আপনারা এমন করতে পারেন যে পাওয়ার ডাউন শেষ হওয়ার ১-২ সপ্তাহ পর্যন্ত সাপোর্ট দিবেন না।
এটা কি মাস ভিত্তিক না সাপ্তাহিক? আমরা সপ্তাহে ১.৪ স্টীম দিচ্ছি।
আপনি যে বুমিং সাপোর্ট পান নাই৷ আর আপনি যে পাবেন না৷ এটা আপনি কিভাবে বললেন৷ অবশ্যই আপনি পাবেন৷ যারা কমিউনিটির নামে কম্পেলেইন করেছে। তারাই কিন্তু সাপোর্ট পাইছে৷ তাহলে আমরা এখানে খারাপ কি করলাম?
