SPinvest is a tokenized investment fund/club for all users of the STEEM blockchain. Everyone is welcome! The concept of SPinvest is to get rich slowly by using time tested methods of earning, saving and compounding long term. This lets SPinvest offer an ROI of 20% per year on SPI tokens. We encourage long term investing on and off the STEEM blockchain. What services does SPinvest offer

In the 9 months from SPinvest launched we have been growing on alls fronts including STEEM POWER holding, weekly earnings and token holder base. We have also tested a few different services in this time, some worked, some did not. Below is a list of what SPinvest has to offer the STEEM community, everyone is welcome.

- SPI token HODLing
Simply holding SPI tokens over long periods of time will produce a minimum of 20% ROI per year as the token price increases. No staking required. This in its self is a free service to token holders as every token is part of the investment fund which is actively managed. SPinvest takes all STEEM from token sales and powers it up. It uses that STEEM POWER to fill P2P lease requests and delegate to services for payment. All earnings from STEEM POWER are saved in the SPinvest saving wallet and used to buy off-platform investment including bitcoin, PM's, stocks, ect.
You can buy SPI tokens directly from @spinvest by sending any amount of STEEM, you don't even need a memo. I will send you SPI tokens to the value of STEEM you transfer to 2 decimals.

- SPinvest Royalty Tokens
SPinvest Royalty tokens are on sale for a limited time either until the end of this month are 50 sells. Royalty tokens offer investors a chance to own a token that produces a monthly royalty payment on a POH (Proof of Holding) model. No staking required. Royalty payments are 1% per month and are paid in SPI tokens.
20 have sold and leaves only 30 for sale. If you would like one are a few of these i would suggest sooner than later because it might be 3-9 months before another issue comes along. You can see full details in the launch post.

- SPinvest Beneficiaries
We launched this service at the start of the year. You can earn SPI tokens for your post payouts by adding @spi-payments as a beneficiary when uploading a post. And to make things juicer we pay out a 10% bonus on top. Payments are made every Friday and a post released to include a payout table for users to confirm they have received the correct payment.
You can see full details about this service in its launch post. This is a really good way to save and stack SPI tokens directly from your post-earnings. Takes the pain out of saving.

- Fiat to SPI tokens
This is a service that is not promoted as much but is always available. SPinvest owns a PayPal account that can collect payments in any currency and then issue out SPI tokens to that value with no fees attached. It's very simple to use and is a great way to get SPI tokens directly for fiat cash. I am based in the UK so tokens issued are on the amount i receive in GBP after PayPal conversion fees.

- Tribe token Mining
SPinvest holds 2 sub-accounts @spinvest-leo & @spinvest-neo. These accounts accept delegations of tribe token and payout mining rewards in the form of SPI tokens based on how much the account earns through curating. Both accounts are beasts and earn delegators a good ROI.

@spinvest-leo accepts delegations of leo token and pays out weekly, this account is run by @jk6276.leo.
@spinvest-neo accepts delegations of neoxian token and pays out monthly, this account is run by @underground.
