Hello Everyone, we are glad to announce that the winner has been choose and it was a great experience for us and the members too. We are here to announce the result for week 1. We are delighted as this was our first time organizing steemit engagement challenge contests and we received a great number of participations. Our team does its best to review all the contest participation on time.
We received 111 participations in total. We are glad that those users participate and share their quality content with us. As the theme of the contest was interesting we get to know about different countries reviews about their closet as a closest friend. Our team did a great job by reviewing all the contest participation and left no entry without review.
We have seen a lot of good-quality participation, if we want to select then we will select more than 3 users and try to support all those users who didn't get support. Many entries meet our criteria but some users lack in post quality otherwise they did very well by engaging with other users.
Reason Of Selection
Here are the reasons on which basis we select our top 3 winners from 111 participations.
- The post should be at least 300 words. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
- Users used the best quality pictures and content especially their pictures not taken from other internet sources
- The post should get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments from other users. Using bots for upvotes and comments will not be tolerated. (Comments like “great” “good” “nice” etc. simple words are not eligible.)
- The post should be written by users with the following club status - #club5050, #club75, or #club100.

Yo siento que los moderadores deberian tener un codigo moral a la hora de escoger a los ganadores, no puede ser entre ellos mismos o sus familiares.
Me parece una burla que un administrador, y a su vez juez porque como moderadora se que entre nosotros escogemos los posts ganadores, haya quedado como ganador en el top.
Es como que en Comunidad Latina, yo participe y quede como ganadora porque yo misma me escoji.
Deberian tener unas reglas estipuladas para escoger a los ganadores y que esto no pase.

Hay mucha razón en tus palabras, los administradores y moderadores no deberian ser ganadores en sus propias comunidades y el otro detalle es que parece que no están leyendo las publicaciones, solo dejan una tabla con las estadisticas del usuario, su pertenencia al club pero no existe un feedback con el usuario, sugerencias, acotaciones que demuestren que realmente están leyendo las publicaciones y esto es parte importante de la interaccion de los usuarios y los moderadores, espero tomen en cuenta las opiniones de los usuarios, saludos.

Es así, los moderadores de una comunidad elegida para ser anfitriona de los challenge, no deberían ser elegibles para ganar en su misma comunidad. Creo que es algo lógico y de sentido común.

No deberían seleccionar como ganadores a miembros de su equipo de moderación o administración:
La usuaria @drhira es administradora de la comunidad. Eso es muestra de favoritismo y falta de profesionalismo al momento de elegir ganadores. En especial porque hay mucha más gente participando y de seguro con buenas entradas dignas de ganar

Hello friend, it is supposed to be a given that moderators should not take part in the prizes of their own contests.
I hope you can rectify this at the right time, rectifying is wise.
Pero como administrador y creador de un concurso automáticamente tus participaciones quedan como "simbólicas" y no elegibles a premios.
Obviamente como administrador de una comunidad tendrás muchos comentarios ya que tienes que leer entradas y dejarlas como verificación. Pero el hecho de dejar una verificación no significa nisiquiera que haces un comentario de calidad.
Que un dueño de comunidad gane un concurso que está organizando es lo mismo que pagar y darse un vuelto usted mismo. En especial porque hay muchas más personas participando

Pues esto no deberia ser el unico factor, recuerde que tambien esta la calidad del post. Y ademas de eso, es algo tacito, es un secreto a voces, o se sabe como quieran verlo que un moderador por muy bueno que haya sido su trabajo NO DEBE ser el ganador de la comunidad que mdoera.
Esa esta una total burla al resto de los usuarios.
So, you as a moderator that have the DUTY of review and comment the entries of this contest have a clear advantage compared to other users. This is not fair at all.
Quality and equity should be considered as well as other factors.
