CCS Contest session - Sunsets and Life

Sunsets are a way of nature telling us to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. No matter whatever the day has been but there's always an end to it, and sunsets are a way of giving us hope to pause and restart. If we talk about nature, then Sun and Moon are the integral part of it. Not only our lives but the life of all our planet depends on them. Imagine if there would be no sun, which means there would be no life.
Sometimes i just wonder how people in some of the regoins like Artic and Antartic regions survive with months without Sunlight. It sure will be very depressing to not see Sun for months and then not see the moon. Both together in the 24-hour day cycle, it brings so much balance in our lives.

I have always been more in love with the sunsets than the sunrise. Some people say that clicking a picture of the sunset brings bad luck, I have no clue why they would say that. Personally, all my life, I have clicked more pictures of Sunsets than Sunrise, and I can not relate it with any bad luck. I also believe that our good luck and bad luck are all our destiny and the result of the choices we make in life. I feel very strongly connected to the Sun, and I can not imagine that if I click a picture of it in any form, it will bring me bad luck.

These Sunset pictures I captured last evening from the resort that we are staying in. We have a mini vacation for Eid, and me and hubby, along with friends, are at a beachside resort. It's such a wonderful and serene place. There is not much crowd here. We are completely cut off from the city, and all around, there's only nature. Life feels magical in these places. Anyways, in Oman, I feel life is very blessed. It's so calm and peaceful
