Hola amigos de amantes de la Macrofotografía en Camping Club. Continuo con sesiones de macrofotografía a insectos que hay en el patio de mi casa, ubicada al pie de montaña en la zona andina venezolana a unos 1760 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
Hello friends of Macrophotography lovers at Camping Club. I continue with macro photography sessions on insects in the patio of my house, located at the foot of the mountain in the Venezuelan Andean area at about 1760 meters above sea level.

En esta oportunidad les traigo una hermosa araña, muy parecida a una tarántula, pero consulté utilizando google lens y descubrí que pertenece a otra especie con hábitos de vida muy peculiares.
This time I bring you a beautiful spider, very similar to a tarantula, but I consulted using Google Lens and discovered that it belongs to another species with very peculiar life habits.

El encuentro con la Ctenizidae
The encounter with the Ctenizidae
Esta que aparece acá, la encontré como atontada, imaginé que recién había cambiados su piel, pues se encontraba blanda al tacto y con respuestas de movimiento muy leves.
This one that appears here, I found her to be stunned, I imagined that her skin had just been changed, since it was soft to the touch and with very slight movement responses.

La Ctenizidae (segun wikipedia) también son conocidas como “arañas trampa”, acá les decimos tarántulas o arañas saltadoras, pero esta especie, aunque crecen bastante, no llega a crecer tanto como una tarántula. A las les gusta excavar sus madrigueras en el suelo (abajo les muestro dos de esas cuevas).
The Ctenizidae (according to Wikipedia) are also known as “trap spiders”, here we call them tarantulas or jumping spiders, but this species, although they grow quite large, do not grow as large as a tarantula. They like to dig their burrows in the ground (below I show you two of those caves).

Photoshoot
La traje con cuidad al estudio, y le cree un ambiente con algunas rocas donde procedía a capturar las fotos con la cámara A7S de mi celular UMIDIGI. Una vez realizada la sesión la devolví a su ambiente.
I carefully brought it to the studio, and created an environment with some rocks where I proceeded to capture the photos with the A7S camera of my UMIDIGI cell phone. Once the session was done, I returned her to her environment.

Las fotos fueron editadas en recorte y mejora de la iluminación para destacar detalles, esto lo hice con el programa Fotos de Windows.
The photos were edited in cropping and lighting enhancement to highlight details, I did this with the Windows Photos program.
