Welcome to my late solar report for the month of June 2024, i really do not have any excuses for my late report but i could make some up 🙄😆

June 2024 has been very similar to June 2023 which is fine by me, it is winter in New Zealand and as such solar generation is lower than in Summer

Here you can see in June 2023 we were 40% self powered and only 36% self powered in June 2024.

Our house used 886 kWh in June 2024 which is slightly more than the 846 kWh the house used in May 2024.

Here are the Powerwall Battery stats which shows a couple of times i charged the battery (in grey) from the grid due to no Sun and wanting some battery backup.

In May 2024 we generated 398 kWh and for June 2024 we only generated 340 kWh which as fine and as i said above its Winter in New Zealand.

Last month we pulled 491 kWh from the grid which is less than the 609 kWh we pulled from the grid for June 2024.

Overall its not that bad due to a rainy very cloudy conditions, we are heading back to Summer so i expect the stats to improve over the coming months.
