#91. 빅워크 23년 4월 2주차 기부운동

요번주는 나름 꾸준히 걸은 느낌이다.
황사가 심해 실내 체육관에서 3일 정도 운동을 하게되었다. 실외 풍경을 보며 걷는 느낌하고는 또 다른 느낌이다 ㅎㅎ
빅워크 덕분에 운동을 꾸준히 하게 되면서 몸이 개운하고 건강해지는 기분이 든다.
다음주에도 화이팅 해보자^^

나름 분희기??가 있어서 한번 찍어 보았습니다^^
