OH LA LA !! This is the (almost) Daily Pick of Hidden Gems - FRENCH edition #3

Hello to you, les parigots, marseillais, de France et de Navarre: Et aujourd'hui c'est le Numero 3 ! (Daily lesson for our English readers: pronounce: "Noo-may-raw troa")

1st edition was not a huge success ($1) but the 2nd edition showed a massive improvement, hitting the $3 mark for the 1st time.
Let's hope that the next editions will have the same success, so I can start redistributing revenues to the authors. Please FOLLOW US and check your feed.

For the record, I had issues with my computer (now being repaired at Apple), and some of the gems may be more than 24h old.

As the author says, its a classic photography, but still worth it.
The most visited monument in the world (after Alexis Texas's butt...), shows itself at night in a perfectly balanced photography, that I guess was shot under the "Pont de Bir-Hakeim".

We promote France, so let's speak about food: pastries especially. The excellent @french.fyde cooks one of my favorite desserts: The "tarte citron meringuee"; something you may call a meringue-lemon pie on the other side of the Atlantic. It's a very well illustrated article, with lots of pictures, which will definitely help you make this dessert at home.
I cannot wait for the next article where the author will show us how to prepare "Andouillette" from a living pig... (will you? please!)

3- France - Côte d'Opale - Big travel trough the city

After Normandy last week, let's stay north (even if I know how much you like going south...), and discover the Cote d'Opale. Cote d'opale is even further north than Normandy, only a few miles from Belgium. It is also one of the closest points to the UK (home of les rosbifs).
