Paskalya bayramı diğer adıyla diriliş günü de denen bu bayram, Hıristiyanlarca farklılıklar gösterir ve sabit bir kutlama günü yoktur. Genellikle Mart sonu gibi başlar ve Nisan sonuna kadar ki dönemde kutlanan bu bayram her yerde farklı etkinliklerle kutlanır. Hz İsa'nın çarmığa gerilişinin 3. günü Diriliş günü anlamına gelen paskalya olarak kutlanmakta. Kiliseler arası kutlama günleri dahi her yerde farklıdır.
