201,396 Total Team Reps!!! (+3,693) - Steemit Daily 100+ Rep Fitness Challenge - Day # 89 - 3/5/18

We just crossed 200,000 exercise reps as a team! 200K!! Congrats!! Looking strong for 1 million this year as we grow more.

The Challenge:

At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done. Always support each other.

  • You choose what types of exercise reps to do.
  • 30 minutes of fitness walking, running, spinning, biking, cross-country skiing, etc., can count as 100 reps if you need to rest or can't use weights.
  • I'll award 1 SBD for every individual 10,000 rep milestone. (9 SBD paid out)
  • I manually process and update all cumulative figures daily. Not easy...

Conditions:

  • Weights not required.
  • Do real reps with good form, aiming for 100+.

My Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps:

-100 Bar Calf Raises (75 pounds)
-100 reps (Over 1 hour non-stop walking)

My Daily Assessment:

-My body still isn't ready to lift from all of the sports this last weekend. Everything is still too sore to lift and feel like it's smart. On the bright side the 100 calf raises with the bar yesterday didn't bother me at all, so this is encouraging. I was able to easily do another 100 tonight as well. Hopefully this will help me steal more bases in my upcoming baseball season.

So today was 94 reps!!!! But I did 10 minutes on the stairs going 30 flights. Can we count It for 100? Today was short because I tried out a new gym by my work.

For this to count, you'll have to appease the workout Gods. They request a sacrifice of at least 3 eggs in the morning for some light protein.

Every morning!! 2 eggs and 1 egg white with oats! The workout God's should be very happy with me. Then chicken and steak throughout the day!

Hey @steemmatt what was the status for stairs, do we treat that the same as walking or running. I think stairs are much tougher than running, have done them many times.
