DAY 30/100 of the FITNESS/HEALTH CHALLENGE - DOWN 5.5kg / 12.1lb | 30 Days Sober | Feeling Fantastic!

Follow me in my 100 day journey to change my lazy ways and unhealthy eating. Stop eating junk, eat healthier. Stop sitting around drinking beer, go out and exercise.
Get fit, get ripped, be the best I can be!
Weigh in and results every 5th day.

Day 30 is finally over! One whole month of no alcohol and I am feeling like a million bucks! Can't believe how clear my mind is. I have been eating way less unhealthy food a still stay away from sugary drinks. I have not had potato chips this whole time , but honestly. I don't even miss them. Eating healthier my body is really thanking me. I can breathe better, move better, think better and just feel faster overall in everything I do. I will have a meal from time to time that I know is not extremely healthy but I also have to still enjoy myself.

The mission of this challenge is to change my ways of extremely unhealthy eating and drinking to just eating healthier over all. This might also explain that I did not lose extreme amounts of weight b, but I am slowly dropping the pounds as I progress Let's check on some results to see what one whole month had done to my body.

RESULTS!

Front View: looks way better and I can see most of my belly has disappeared. It's still there though and I know there is still a lot of work to be done. I also have to take care of those little man boobs and normally focus on them a lot when I go to the gym. For now I am happy to see a change and can really feel it. No more little groan when I have to bend down to pick something up or see a flight of stairs.

Side view: Once again we can see most of the beer belly gone. I know it was not huge but for me it was the biggest it has ever been. So getting rid of it is making me feel much better and more confident. I can see my chest growing slightly and aslo my arms looking a little better. Still a long way to go at the gym before I will see greater results. For not I am happy with the 1st month out of the way.

On my last post I gained 1kg! Was a bit shocked. Luckily in this post I am down another 0.5kg. Not that much but I will take it. If I can eventually reach 70kg I will be happy. I have already lost 5.5kg so another 7.2 is very possible considering I have 70 days left! If all goes well I might reach it well before my 100 days are over.

Measurements are still positive and I have added my chest as well. Curious to see how it will change over time. For now the results in measurements aren't moving much. Guess I just need to be patient and lose some more body weight.

Overall I think it is going well! Feeling so much healthier and kind of shocked at what one month will do to your mind in terms of just thinking more clearly. Alcohol is fun, but OMG it does mess with you in he long run. Thank you for all the support from everyone so far. I am currently talking with some users and getting dieting and exercise advice. Really cool how you guys are helping me out! Thank you!

Day 30 done and dusted! Thank you so much to everyone who upvotes this and show your support. For me this was a pretty hard struggle and I think I am over the worst of the alcohol and fatty food cravings. I do enjoy a non-alcoholic beer from time to time as the flavor is still amazing. Here is to another 70 days and a better future for my health!

Sure mate. Just stop with the calories, it's easy. (seriously craving a burger) Just eat healthy and check what you eat (still craving that burger) hehe. Yeah cutting calories is really not a fun thing to do. By now I am pretty used to it. Just have to survive the cravings I get every now and then =) Thanks for giving it a read!

That's fabulous. Losing weight is more of a mind game..you have to be self motivated an self driven and consistent with your determination to reach your goals. Kudos to you..winning the battle in losing weight is not everyone's cup of tea!

Thanks man! Yeah the losing weight is going a bit slow but I am hanging in there. So far so good! For me the biggest challenge was to stop drinking alcohol. Really proud of it =)

Haha, wish it was a program. Honestly just stopped drinking and eat way less junk food. No more burgers, chocolates, chips, and sodas. If I think it's bad for me it probably is. I still enjoy eating delicious food in restaurants though. No point in not enjoying lovely food every once in a while. Thanks for the kind words =)
