01. Eat Healthy

If you want to be healthy and fit, there is no alternative of eating healthy. What you put in your body, you will get the result like that. You see people talking about diet and you think dieting means you have to eat less and stay hungry. That’s a misconception. You have to eat that your body needs. Eat vegetable, try to avoid processed food and drink a lot of water. Don’t skip breakfast because you are in a hurry. Breakfast is the most important meal in the day. It will give you the energy that you need to start your day.

You are busy and you do not have any time to do exercise. One thing we often forget is that doing exercise is as important as eating if you want to stay healthy and fit. You can incorporate exercise in your life the way you want. You can get up early in the morning and go out for a run or walk. You can go to the gym if you like. If you love yoga, you can go to yoga class. Or, you can do yoga at home. You can do skipping or take the stairs instead of the elevator. You have a lot of options. Do what you like most.

03. Get Enough Sleep

You are a student. You have to study hard. Sometimes you stay up late at night because you have to study. Just make sure that you get enough sleep. Getting enough sleep is very important and it is related to your health. If you do not get enough sleep, it will affect your health negatively. You feel bad throughout the day. So sleep well and start your day with full of energy.

Are you passionate about something?
My younger brother is passionate about gardening. If you love gardening, you can do that. If you are passionate about writing, keep writing. If you love to dance, you can learn to dance and just dance. You can learn martial art. Find a hobby that you like. It will increase your confidence. You can learn to express yourself. And it is fun to do something like that.

05. Emotional Health

The time you are going through is very important. If you are bullied by someone, please don’t keep it to yourself, speak up, and talk to your parents and friends. No one has the right to hurt you that way. This is your life. You have control of your life. And remember you are not alone. People will help you to get out of the problem that you face.

You see popular girls or boys in school and think they are so popular, and you are not like them. The thing is, you don’t have to copy them to be accepted by other people. You are who you are. You do not have to be someone else. You will find that there is always someone who is faster than you, prettier than you, smarter than you, but no one will ever be the exact blend of you. You’re unique. Just be yourself.
