Don't worry this isn't a sad post. On the contrary, it may improve the bad mood.
I believe that the more the human being evolves, the more its internal conflicts increase. But I don't want to talk about these conflicts surely caused by the patterns of life that modern society imposes on us.
I just want to share my experience hoping to help those who feel a bit down, or more tired than usual by failing to deal with the usual routine.

It's true that's about the soul problems, the inner malaise, but we must remember that the human being is a whole with his body and his mind so that everything works perfectly.
Then why not try to face our discomfort starting from the care of our body.
I'm talking about vitamin deficiencies.
Ok you're about to give up reading because you think the post is taking a turn too close to a medical encyclopedia.

But do you know that a vitamins is enough to change your life?
In recent years, researchers study the correlation between depression and a problem that has become global: vitamin D deficiency. A research in 2013 documented that the average vitamin D levels in the world population are below 20 ng / ml, a value considered below the optimal threshold (*).
So much of the world's population coexists with his bad mood (reaching high depression levels) thinking that's the natural course of a human being's life.

Today we know Vitamin D receptors have been identified in the areas of the brain involved in depression. Recent studies discovered that Vitamin D modulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis that regulates production and prevents the depletion of neurotransmitters (adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine and serotonin) whose deficiency is directly According to the data collected until today, the 80% of vitamin D is taken directly from sun exposure and only the 20 % comes from what we eat.
The result? Well yes this vitamin is within everyone's reach. Let yourself warm up by the sun.
15 minutes a day exposing as many parts of the body as possible: face, hands and arms.
A walk away from the city as the polluted air absorbs the UVB.
The sun is more intense on the top of a mountain than on the beach. This means that the higher you are, the more vitamin D you produce.
Even the beach is fine, but sunscreens block UVB.

Stop staying holed up in our homes in front of the TV or PC. We have to go out to stock up on vitamin D for the welfare of our body but also our mind. (**)

And if the food doesn't get to cover the vitamin D requirement and the summer is over?
Well fortunately there are supplements. Don't be afraid of supplements on the market they can be valuable helpers in case of deficiencies in our body. The important thing is to consult the package insert well and ask for the opinion of a trusted doctor.

We rely too much to medicine, nowadays we use to take antibiotics for a cold when we just need a little rest and a lot of vitamin C. We must not get to the point of abusing medicines. So, before we believe we need psychotropic drugs or neurological visits (***), let's try to understand if our body has some vitamin deficiency.

I've been living with thyroid disorders for over 10 years and chronic depression is one of the symptoms.
I started to inform myself cause the opinion of the doctor was never enough for me and this is my personal point of view.
Well, I committed myself to studying and then integrating my care with various supplements and multivitamins, greatly improving my life.

This is my personal experience. But I want to close my post with a sincere advice: find your right psychophysical balance.
Get as much information as you can, read a lot about your illness, ask for more medical advice. Of course, you will be able to find your right psychophysical balance, because each of us is a unique and special being. So think carefully when they propose you homologated treatments that are good for everyone.
Remember you need your own personalized medical treatment.
