If you live in the tropical places, consuming coconut seems like the norm and are used in everyday life and so you have an idea about the health benefits.
Coconut is known to be the HEALTHIES FOOD on earth, it is the ***SUPERFOOD**** and the new WONDERFOOD, and a lot of people don't know how beneficial and amazing coconut is and the benefits and uses of the top coconut products are the most beneficial: coconut milk, coconut water and the coconut oil.

Staple foods/drinks in our diet! Great read! Can't actually remember a day I didn't have a fresh coconut or cooked with coconut oil!

I use coconut oil daily, but the last time I had a fresh coconut was about 3 years ago, when I lived in El Salvador.

Wish I could send you some. Wouldn't know what to do without my daily fresh coconut. So good.

That's sweet and thanks. I would love to have one right now. Hopefully soon we will go back to El Salvador and enjoy our coconuts which are growing in our backyard and actually are giving really sweet coconuts right now, so I can't wait.

I have not heard of the shell being good for gardening, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is.

With a bit of cutting skill, I've seen the shells made into salad bowls.

Yes, I also have seen that.

Coconut oil is healthy in moderate quantities, but it's important to watch your calories balance, because of it's tastiness it's easy to use it too much while cooking. Coconut water, for example, is perfect before or after workout :)
