Cycling is one of a good form of exercise as you can see the information above tells all the good benefits that you could get from it. This is also the most enjoyable exercise because you can travel from one place to another. Biking is one of the oldest forms of transportation in many countries especially here in my country. Although there are already Electronic Bikes or E-Bikes that are now getting popular common bikes are still on the road. So if you enjoy cycling just keep it up and stay healthy.
