Contest Tuesday!
Do you know the key to success on Steemit?
Of course there are many factors that determine how successful you will become here. There is one that really stands out though and that is communication. Get out into the Steemit world and meet people, actually read what they have to say and engage in a conversation with them. I think that contest are a really fun way to do this.
I recently joined @greetersguild and it has been so much fun! I love watching this community come together and help out one another. When the Greeter Volunteers go out onto the battlefield and meet and greet, the joy and appreciation that comes from the newbies is something that will really brighten your day. I wanted to do something that would help newbies and non newbies. That is why Contest Tuesday has been born...
Every Tuesday I will search out contest and make a list of them. The goal is to get the list out to the newbies so that they can hopefully break the ice a little easier and join in on conversation with other Steemians. This is really fun though because I am not just targeting newbies. I want everyone on Steemit to join in on these contest and have some fun. Not only is it fun but it is also exposure for those who have their contest featured. Every Monday a new Magical Monday goes live. Everyone is then encouraged to drop a link to their contest or one that they like and it will be featured on Contest Tuesday. I will also go out and search for contest that I feel could be really fun and also benefit Steemians.
I encourage everyone to get involved in a few contest, always remember that it is okay if we don't win. The most important thing to do is learn, earn and grow.

So the challenge to the Steem blockchain is for you to design our logo. We need something that goes on the website but can also be used as a thumbnail or avatar. So it should scale with the use case (mobile, web)
