In the spotlight is a special #gratefulvibes post.

Today I'd like to introduce you to a Steemian from the Philippines. @deeday31 is relatively new to Steemit, as she just joined in October. I'm very grateful to have met her, and I can thank #gratefulvibes for that. In fact this #gratefulvibes challenge has been amazing in connecting people around the world. For that I give thanks also. Getting back to my new friend @deeday31, her recent post was so joyfully grateful, I was overcome with happiness when reading it. She talked about how gratitude was not something she had at a young age, but came to realize the power of being grateful. In her own words she writes,"There is so much to be thankful for if we only have the eyes to see, the heart to feel and the love to give." In fact, when I expressed my pleasure with her post, @deeday31 replied, "as i wrote this content I felt extreme happiness within me, that I did the best thing and that is being happily thankful with all the blessings in my life."

Paradise Found is grateful for Education

WWH2H / English Immersion School

The public school system in Honduras is very inadequate due to constant teacher strikes which only enabled the children to attend school roughly 78 out of required 200 days in classroom. Next to a knowledge of Jesus Christ, we believe education is the most important gift we can give our children. And so in the fall of 2012, we opened our bilingual school for preschool through 12th grades in Puerto Cortes.
The kids are now thriving at the school learning all the core materials as well as actively learning English. Three to four years ago, most of the kids could barely speak any English, if at all. Now, all the kids are proficiently speaking English! Thanks to some generous donations from Microsoft, the school has a state-of-the-art computer lab where they are learning valuable computer skills.
Heart to Heart oversees all aspects of the school from the building to maintenance to the coordinating all the teachers/volunteers as well as the year-to-year curriculum for the kids.

In the coming days I will also introduce you to the WWH2H Medical Clinic. All created to give the Children the best possible education and medical help. I have personally traveled to Honduras and served on 4 different mission teams at WWH2H. Our daughter Lesly is from the WWH2H Children's Village. ~ Paradise Found
