It is a fantastic day in the Garden of Eden, and we are giving thanks for more than enough of everything in this abundant life of freedom!  

We want to celebrate @quinneaker's birthday feast with you today! We give thanks for this exemplary man every day - the Garden of Eden only exists because of his vision for a place where people can be truly free and support each other in love & abundance. 

Our outreach is to uphold his high standards of a better world for all. He motivates and provides for every person here and makes a difference in thousands of lives around the world.

So on his date of birth earlier in February, we made a delicious feast to honor him! We made it on our indoor wood burning stove rather than on the rocket stoves of our sustainable outdoor kitchen. We stayed nice and toasty, had a fantastic meal, AND heated water for showers for super sustainable efficiency - and it is all part of the conscious plan for building a better world for ALL! 

As usual, there was more than enough food for everyone, and we are happy to share our abundance with you!

We made a wonderful feast with herbed pork tenderloin, fresh garden salad, sautéed veggies, vegan mashed potatoes, bacon scalloped potatoes, cauliflower casserole, and a blueberry pie!

@truelovelives lovingly prepared the feast for Quinn and our volunteers!

We started with a great, fresh garden salad. We topped a variety of lettuces with sliced mushrooms, red onions, colorful peppers, and creamy sliced avocados.

We made a pork tenderloin with lots of fresh herbs from the garden including rosemary and thyme and added garlic and a splash of apple juice for sweetness.

Potatoes are one of our favorite foods, and we often have lots on hand! For the birthday spread, we offered 2 types of potatoes. This is a heaping bowl of vegan mashed potatoes sprinkled with nutritional yeast. Check out the food formula here!

We also made a rich potato dish with BACON!! These are scalloped potatoes simmered in plenty of cream and yummy bacon for our meat eaters to enjoy. 

It was hot, creamy, and delicious! 

We made a simple veggie sautée with cabbage, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. We love our veggies!! They have so much deliciousness, tons of texture, and plenty of healthful compounds, PLUS they grow out of the ground for free like magic.

It was a beautiful spread, but it's epically amazing that our daily sustainable feasts are just as fantastic and abundant as special observances like birthdays. 

@qiqi-power and @noki-power enjoyed the feast, but they potentially had more fun singing happy birthday to their beloved father @quinneaker! 

We wrapped up the feast with a yummy blueberry pie! 

The only thing better than blueberry pie is blueberry pie with whipped cream!

@qiqi-power loved it! 

Blueberry pie is a favorite flavor for several of our Eden Knights. It's delicious and a beautiful dark purple color! 

It was a special birthday feast, but again potentially most fantastic is how every day at the Garden of Eden is cause for celebration! We have plenty of everything to share, and it is our honor to do so.

This was only his actual birth day's spread - we haven't even shared the feast from his epic Angels & Demons birthday party! 

Food is important, and we hope to inspire people to really take time to eat, enjoy it, and share it with someone you love. We also hope to inspire more and more sustainable practices in regards to food! 

We do all of our cooking over fire, using wood that was otherwise destined to end up in a landfill! This is our indoor wood burning stove in action - it cooks our food, warms our communal space, and heats water for hot showers all at the same time!
