100 fruit trees cascading... from blossoms...into green! Food forest tour. Vlog 4

Hello fellow Steemians!!!! After one last intense wind storm.....here in Hurricane, Utah.....it feels like we are now on cruise control....into Spring. THE BEES and BIRDS are OUT!!!!! Many of the fruit trees are post flower...and GREENING UP! Come...enjoy the weekly video and photo tour of our food forest playground here in s. Utah. Our son, pictured below...and ourselves...treat this place like a playground. A place to stay young...and in WONDER!

The mulberry trees are all post flower and pushing out their fruits now. Here's Pakistani Mulberry.

The asian pears are all in FULL flower. This is Shinseiki variety. Nijiseiki and Hosui are nearby. Weeping mulberry near the trampoline.

This is so interesting and we capture it in the video tour. The tobacco plant that lives in this greenhouse catches way more flying insects than the nearby sticky traps. Super sticky resinous leaves and stems....when you touch it.

One tomato plant right now...inside the greenhouse. Coming along nicely!

We are splicing in flowers like calendula(the name i forget in the video)...and other goodies like parsley and chard. It's easy to part the wood chips...and just plug them in!

Any day now...on the pine trees dropping their pollen! We eagerly await the pine tree pollen and other pollens!!! We harvest it and eat it!

Here's a picture of our two date trees. We've had them now for a few years and they are doing well in our climate zone. Seabuckthorn leaves. They're very oily like olive leaves. The berries too. Omega 7 fatty acid JOY!!!!!

Below you can see zone 2....the almond and peach zone. The seabuckthorn berry bushes are all mixed in between the fruit trees. The land is terraced and dug with swales. Water pours off the rain gutters right...into specific swaled areas of the lot. This infiltrates the water and keeps it ALL...on the lot! ALL rain water...and ALL water from sprinklers.
