Gaming Retrospective - Necrovision
Necrovision is a FPS game that was released in 2009 and was developed by the Polish developers The Farm 51. From technological standpoint this game had an experimental graphic engine and if you had strong enough PC you could of see a lot of great scenes. Game is set in World War 1 with a heavy dose of supernatural events, monsters like zombies, vampires and demons are a common occurrence in this strange FPS game. You will actually end up going to Hell to fight Mephisto himself, insane yes, fun absolutely.
Gameplay of this game can easily be described as a mix of Wolfenstein, Clive Baker's Undying and Painkiller. There are no shortage of enemies to kill, human or monster, everything melts with your heavy fire power. Later we come in possession of strange artifact hand that destroys monster even more efficiently and we can now use demonic spells. There are many unexpected scenes in this game like riding a dragon or operating Vampire robotic exosuit. If you are into supernatural FPS games with guns, this one might be the one for you.
