It was in 2030. The threat of world terrorism was stronger than ever. To counter this threat, the organization "Aegis" was created, uniting the best forces of the international armies, fleet and special services.

Over time, the organization received at its disposal more and more forces, resources and powers. A martial law, a curfew and mass mobilization were introduced all over the planet.

By the end of 2038, the threat of terrorism was almost completely eliminated, but the Aegis refused to resign. Under the rule of the military elite, life became really safer - terrorism, with the exception of remote areas, was destroyed. Crime has declined, and the average standard of living has increased significantly. In view of what, the current ruling regime had many supporters, not only among the siloviki, but also among the civilian population.

Of course, all these benefits had the reverse side - total surveillance and constant monitoring of every citizen. Someone was willing to pay such a price for calm, but someone does not ...

Over time, the undercover terrorists and street gangs, replenished by people (including former agents of the Aegis), unhappy with the total control of the Aegis, united, transforming into something completely different. In something more than just a commonwealth of criminal elements.

The desires of immediate advantage, religious and social strife were forgotten for the sake of the common cause - the overthrow of the totalitarianism of the siloviki. There was a new, numerous force, called "Liberta", as a derivative of the word Liberty, that is - freedom.

Instead of obsessive fanatics, now the "Aegis" was opposed by people who did not want to report to someone for each step they took. People who want freedom for themselves and their loved ones.

Of course, such a confrontation could not end peacefully and an armed conflict broke out again, where the powerful, perfectly trained and trained military machine of the Aegis is opposed to the mobile and desperate forces of the Libertà.

It was in 2042. The planet is blazing in the fire of the conflict, where two opposite views have clashed. Two philosophies. Two vital ways.

Order or chaos? Control or freedom? A screw in the car or a person?
