Welcome to another week of #fruitsandveggiesmonday! The weeks just seem to fly by, but as always it is a blast to kick each one off with all kinds of vibrant plant-based foods. Even though it was Motherโs Day weekend here in the States, I still seemed to get spoiled by good meals despite me not holding that title myself. I did my small part to contribute to the veggie goodness, at least, but Iโll be happy to get back into my own meal prep routine after a weekend away! ;)
This week our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE is none other than the amazingly creative @gguy773. Though you ALL keep my mouth watering, this gentlemen puts together some truly inventive dishes to keep us hungry! Looking forward to many more delicious and nutritious recipes highlighting the best fruits and veggies your areas have to offer for this round!
