TOKENOMIX CONTEST - Win MAPX tokens - Round 6 of 10
The new MAPX tokens were issued recently. To continue promoting the token and to have a bit of fun exploring all the other tokens on Steem Engine, we're starting a TOKENOMIX CONTEST. The contest is scheduled to run for 10 rounds, with a round every 2 or 3 days, so will last just over 20 days.
Before launching into the rules, a reminder that full details of the MAPX token can be found at: New MAPX Token for Upvotes and Value Growth.

In brief, each staked MAPX token entitles the owner to a daily upvote, compounded rewards reflected in an increasing token price plus some random bonuses.
Although similar to MAP Rewarder, MAPX offers a low entry cost of just one token, currently about 1 STEEM, compared to a minimum delegation of 50 SP. MAPX also compounds all rewards so that each token is backed by SP; owners can thus accumulate rewards and sell their token whenever they wish rather than receiving weekly payouts.
Enough preamble, let's move on to the rules.
TOKENOMIX CONTEST RULES
There have been a few rules changes, especially 6-9, so please re-read these.
- To enter, you must stake at least 1 MAPX token.
- All staked MAPX tokens will receive the standard upvote so will gain something even without winning free tokens.
- Unstaking takes just 2 days to release all staked tokens.
- The contest shall consist of 10 rounds, each posted every 2 days.
- Each round shall consist of a question that requires an answer to be posted in a comment.
- Each round shall last for 3 days (approximately 72 hours) or until there are 10 correct answer, whichever comes first.
- The first correct answer from a staked username shall win 1 MAPX token.
- All staked users that have given a correct answer, and subject to (6) shall be included in a random draw done online with the result published as a comment.
- The winner of the draw shall receive 1 MAPX token as a prize.
- A user may win more than one prize.

Thanks, if you're using steemconnect, SE allows you to login with just the posting key but requires the active key to process any transactions.
I did some earlier and seems fine, but I think they are increasing resources as needed, eg steem-engine.rocks keeps giving a 504 error.
Forgot to ask: how many coins were you thinking of buying? I ask as we still have 3 tokens left in our original offer of buy 10 get 1 free - just transfer the requires steem to @map10k and I will send the tokens. It's at a fixed price of 1 STEEM, so a tiny bit higher than market price but you get 1 free and avoid 1% deposit fee.

Had a look at the history and I see why your transactions had errors: the token is only available in whole units, no decimals.

Yes, I expect more tokens may copy similar protocols - everything is easy to copy, just like fund managers invest in each other. The one thing MAPRewarder, and now MAPX, ensure is transparency in that the SP is clearly visible and tokens are actually backed by that STEEM - just as MAPR rewards are clearly visible, and have been for 18 months. I know, every day something interesting launches! Good luck.
Well, I just skimmed through your post about token intro. It says that 1 token entitles me for only 0.1% upvote a day. Fortunately, my posts already recieve a higher vote weight from your account (for free). So in effect, staking a couple of MAPX tokens will deliver me a lower weight vote ...LOL!
So in case, you still have that 3 bonus token offer with you, send them all to me. I'll send you 30 STEEM irrespective of SE market prices.
BTW, Q sent me 0.2 STEEM as rewards within hours of buying (100Q). I'm happy with it. :).
P.S.:
Your account has less than 2K SP at present (ignoring the delegated SPs). Is that's what gives value to your account? I guess delegators are free to take back their delegation any time, so it may bring down the token rate!

Yes, but those 2k SP give value to about 2k MAPX tokens - the delegations give extra value to the upvotes but the SP is the long term value of each token.
