I am Traveling For Food - Saint Peterburg, Russia

Today I am going to share with you photos from one of the famous restaurants in Saint Peterburg, Russia.

Saint Peterburg is a cultural capital of Russia and there is a lot of art, historical museums, theaters are located there. Saint Peterburg is definitely a perfect mix of culture and authentic Russian food.

Every our morning started with the coffee in the center of the City with the amazing view. Breakfast means a lot - great chance to fuel you up before the busy day enjoying museums.

It's not a secret, that The Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments constitute a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I highly recommend spending at least week there, otherwise, you would be always in the rush. And obviously, Saint Petersburg is more interesting to visit than the Moscow. Unlike in Moscow, in Saint Petersburg the historic architecture of the city centre, mostly consisting of Baroque and neoclassical buildings of the 18th and 19th centuries, has been largely preserved.

Couple words about the architecture - the wooden house built for Peter I in 1703 on the shore of the Neva near Trinity Square is the oldest of the remaining building in the Saint Peterburg.

But I am traveling for food, right? So here you can find authentic Russian food and a mix of different other cultures. Usually, it's a lot of European style dishes, a lot of seafood (City is situated on the Neva River, at the head of the Gulf of Finland on the Baltic Sea), mussels and shells.

So if you want to know more about Russia and culture, try good food and meet friendly people, just think about visiting Saint Peterburg - you would be amazed how it's beautiful and tasty there.
