Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Tenders ~ OH MY Goooooood!

These baked chicken tenders are the bomb! I am not a huge fan of chicken tenders but when they are on sale...I'll buy them and make them work. This is my recipe for baked chicken tenders.

Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Tenders

Coating:
2 cups crumbled cornflakes
1 package of Ranch salad dressing
***Mix above together in a large dish

2 pounds chicken tenders
2-3 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion and garlic powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
***Mix all together and marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer.

Coat marinated chicken tenders with seasoned cornflake mixture. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I drizzled a little olive oil on top.
Bake at 400 degrees F for approx 20-25 minutes or until done / golden brown. Chicken must reach a temp of 165 degrees F internal to be safe.

Served with a myriad of sauces. Mayo/ dijon mustard sauce, BBQ sauce and a Mayo/ sirarcha sauce. You have to have a taste for everyone!
